1 dead, 3 injured after shooting at youth football championship game

MADISON, Ill. (First Alert 4/Gray News) - One person died and three others were injured after a shooting at a youth football championship game Sunday night, authorities said.The shooting occurred at Madison Senior High School around 9:50 p.m. during a football game unrelated to the school.The three injured victims were taken to local hospitals, while the fourth victim died on scene.The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis is handling the investigation into the shooting. Law enforcement is looking for witnesses and anyone else with information to come forward.“Someone in that crowd saw something, recorded something, or has heard something since. We are asking those people to come forward,” said Lt.
