Police arrest 51-year-old man allegedly found in hidden room during underage party bust

YORK COUNTY, Neb. (KOLN/Gray News) - Police in Nebraska arrested a 51-year-old man found in a hidden room during an underage party bust.York County sheriff’s deputies responded to a home in a rural part of the county at 10:42 p.m. following multiple reports of an underage drinking party occurring after a school homecoming event.Deputies obtained a search warrant for the property, which appeared to be owned by Chad Stuhr.Deputies and the Nebraska State Patrol executed the search warrant at 1:38 a.m. the next morning and found 28 juveniles, along with numerous alcoholic beverage containers inside the loft of a barn.According to the sheriff’s office, multiple juveniles reported that Stuhr was the only adult present at the party.
